Setup

Three steps to get started.

Get a free Groq API key

Go to console.groq.com, create an account, and copy your API key. The free tier covers thousands of dictations per month.

Install Voice Floww

Run the installer. Paste your Groq key when prompted. Language settings and hotkeys are pre-configured — you can change them later.

Hold Ctrl+Alt and speak

Your words appear wherever your cursor is. Release to paste.

Windows 10 (build 19041+) or Windows 11. 64-bit only.

🎙️ Microphone

Any built-in or external microphone. USB headsets, laptop mics, webcam mics — all work.

🌐 Internet connection

Required for dictation. Voice Floww streams audio to Groq is API. No offline mode.

🔑 Groq API key

Free from console.groq.com. OpenRouter and OpenAI keys also supported.
